Finally – a soap opera for the guys. But gals with a penchant for shows depicting violence, rough/tough characters, vigilantism, mayhem . . . anarchy . . . would enjoy it, too. I’d be one of those gals. Action, retribution, and redemption reign. And the Harleys (dudes and chicks) aren’t bad on the eyes either.
We tend to love rebels and in SofA there are several. They’re mean as <bleep>, yet some possess compassion. Gotta love a biker dude (or dudette) who’d shoot a creep’s eyes out without a blink, but demonstrates reverence for Mom and love for the kids.
I’m only into Season One. Have a few more to go, but being the sort who likes peaking at endings, I checked out season summaries. Looks like there’s a great thrill-packed ride ahead.
Who needs “General Hospital” or “All my Children” for complicated plots and storylines? Jax, Gemma and Clay—three of many captivating Charming (town not adjective) characters—will help the action twine through one subplot to the next. What a treat.
